The Problem

The Treatment
Assessment identified weak rotator cuff and scapular stabilisers. Week 1-2: manual therapy + dry needling for pain relief, begin isometric strengthening. Week 3-4: progressive resistance band exercises, scapular retraining. Week 5-6: sport-specific overhead drills at 50% intensity. Week 7-8: full smash practice, match simulation.
